This is my own take on a classic.
I make it in small batches Using high quality carribean Rum, real Bay and cloves, and cinnamon.
I also add a few other spices to give it some subtle citrus and floral notes.
Each batch is aged for 8 or more weeks, before being filtered and bottled.
Comes is a 100 ml / 3.4 ounce bottle
